1. Initial Chat & Development
At NPN, we aim to establish long-term relation ship with our clients and intitial discussion is an important step for both of us.
You can review and advise us the styles, the quality and the requirements you expect to receive . We can also talk about pricing, delivery logistics and answer any question that you might have.
2. Our DELIVERY infrastructure
Once the initial Chat & Development is established, we can then setup a shared folder from a cloud storage for uploads and downloads .
NPN built a High-Availability IT network.One server being co-located in a Data Center and another is situated in our main office. This is to minimize the chances of failures caused by any network connections, power or the server 's hardware and software.
Your Photo Images are also being backup and stored for approximately three months.
3. Our WORKFLOW
We have a Double Quality Checking System in place.
When your work arrives at our servers, our admins register and sync them to our Editors' computers to edit.
Once the edit is completed, your work syncs back to the servers where Quality Control (QC) Team checks and makes sure it meets your requirements and our standards.
If the Quality is passed, it will be sent to our QC team Leader to check once again before delivery.
